Whether you use insurance, prefer to pay out of pocket, or want to spread payments out over time, we’ve got options to fit your needs. Below, you can see all the details about our accepted payment methods, financing plans, insurance processing, and our in-house membership program.
Accepted Payment Methods
For your convenience, we accept cash, personal checks, MasterCard, Visa and Discover. If you choose one of these payment methods, fees for procedures completed in a single visit are due in full at that appointment. For procedures that require multiple visits, you may pay half the fee when treatment is started and the other half upon completion of treatment. Patients using dental insurance must remit their copayment or deductible when treatment begins.
Dental Insurances
Our office accepts all dental insurance plans and works hard to make using your benefits simple. We are in-network with Delta Dental PPO and Premier, and we welcome patients with other PPO plans on an out-of-network basis. Even if we are not listed as a participating provider, you can still use your plan here.
Here’s how we help:
- We’ll submit your claims directly to your insurance company
- We’ll provide cost estimates before treatment begins
- We’ll supply any paperwork needed for reimbursement (if applicable)
Most PPO plans include out-of-network coverage, which means you can choose our office for your care without losing your benefits. Our front desk team will walk you through the process, explain the usual process, and answer any questions you have along the way.
Friends & Family Discount Plan
No insurance? Join our Friends & Family Discount Plan and save 20% on all services at Holly Dental Associates. Benefits start right away with no waiting periods, deductibles, annual limits, or claim forms.
Specialist visits are not included in the plan. Specialists include endodontists, oral surgeons, periodontists, orthodontists, and pediatric dentists.
