Dental Implants in Centennial, CO

A strong, natural-looking way to replace missing teeth – planned around your smile.

At Holly Dental Associates, we use digital planning and (when helpful) 3D CBCT imaging to design implants that look and feel like real teeth. Many implant procedures are completed in-office by our dentists; when a case benefits from advanced grafting or specialty care, we coordinate with trusted surgeons and guide you each step.

Why Choose Implants

Stable, lifelike teeth that protect your smile long-term

Implants replace the root of a missing tooth and support a crown, bridge, or denture. They help keep the jawbone from shrinking, protect your neighboring teeth, and give you the ability to chew solid foods.

Implants help when you have:

Implant solutions we use every day

Single-tooth implant
Replaces one tooth with an implant and porcelain crown - no need to touch neighboring teeth.
Implant-retained bridge
Two or more implants support multiple teeth when several are missing in a row.
Implant-retained denture
Removable dentures that “snap” to 2-4 implants for better stability and comfort.
Full-arch implant bridge
A few well-placed implants anchor a non-removable bridge for confident eating and smiling.
What to Expect

From planning to your final teeth - how the process works

Step 1 – Exam & 3D planning
We review your health history, take photos and digital X-rays, and use CBCT imaging when needed to map bone, nerves, and sinuses. You’ll see options, timelines, and costs up front.

Step 2 – Comfortable placement
Implants are placed with precise guides. We offer nitrous oxide and oral sedation for anxious patients. When a tooth must be removed, we may place the implant the same day if conditions allow.

Step 3 – Healing & provisional teeth
The implant bonds to the bone (usually 8–12 weeks). You won’t be without teeth – we’ll use a temporary crown, partial, or denture as appropriate.

Step 4 – Final restoration & maintenance
A custom crown, bridge, or fixed denture is attached and the bite is fine-tuned. We’ll show you how to clean around implants and schedule checkups to keep everything healthy.

Candidacy & Cost

Clear answers before you start

Good candidates have healthy gums and adequate bone (grafting can often help). Conditions like smoking, uncontrolled diabetes, or active periodontal disease don’t always rule implants out, but they do require careful planning.

Costs & payments:
Prices vary based on the number of implants and the type of restoration (single crown vs. bridge vs. full-arch). We’ll provide a written estimate, help you maximize PPO benefits, and offer 3rd-party monthly financing. No insurance? Ask about our in-house membership savings.

Most patients are surprised at how comfortable the procedure is. You’ll be numb, and we can add nitrous or oral sedation if you’re anxious. Expect mild soreness for a day or two that’s manageable with OTC medication.

With good home care and regular checkups, implants are designed for many years of service. Crowns or dentures attached to implants may need maintenance or replacement over time, as with natural teeth.

Bone grafting or a different implant approach may still make treatment possible. We’ll review your CBCT scan and discuss options – or coordinate with a specialist if that’s the best route.

No. We provide an appropriate temporary (crown, partial, or denture) so you can smile and eat soft foods during healing.

Yes – either with implant-retained dentures or a fixed full-arch implant bridge. We’ll explain pros, cons, and costs so you can choose the best fit.

Brush and floss (or use interdental brushes/water flosser) daily and keep your maintenance visits. We’ll tailor tips to your specific restoration.
